Let It Snow!

It's not snowing in Savannah... not even close. The temperatures here have felt like springtime in Tulsa.

I thought it was time to take out the Christmas trees, despite that fact that graphical pines never shed their needles, and welcome in 2004 with a new wintery look.

Happy New Year to everyone!

Oh, how cute. Happy New Year to all your evilcyborg readers!

It's clear here too today, no clouds or smog, just bright blue sky. There was some wind earlier, which explains the clarity.

It's nice and HOT heere too. I can't believe how freaking warm it is. I think I may just wear shorts tomorrow.

Oh, heere is Tulsa, btw. I made it :)

Jan 6...it's quite cool here in south coastal Texas. We had the best weather anyone could dream of for the entire Savannah journey...so I can handle some wintry weather here, now!

I had a WONDERFUL Christmas and New Years with "The Kids".

Y'all were such great hosts.

Well, I wonder what's up now...Two *very* low-flying, fast jets (prob f-16's from Ellington)just flew overhead...and it's not even 2 pm!

Anyway, Downtown Savannah really IS a beautiful city...tho' it has it's many bad spots, too, like any city...We found several good eateries...But the best was Diane and Kris's Christmas Dinner (Ummm, yum! All the best fixin's!ha!) and lots of other good fare...but the BIG thing, now, is this:

I'm in DT's from trying to come off the chocolate binge! Ummm, fudge; Ummmm, rum balls; Ummm- mmm, buckeyes!!! I expect to have several relapses...but it will be OK, just so I don't put on over 30 pounds, or so~~~

Tim, you were not interrupting. We were not on any kind of rigid schedule. Glad to hear your trip was good, too...and got you back to Tulsa to get to work! How is that going, so far?

Pretty good, there has been only one negative thing about living down here, so far.

I don't know how much I can say about the problem though. I might be able to here, but definitely not on Athena's site.

That will pass. :) And just for warning, there ARE lurkers relavent to your probs. on my site, don't know if any of them venture away to sites from my links page... :) *shrug* Just keep in mind that it won't be a problem forever. We have to keep that in mind as well, and we've been dealing with it for far longer! ha! ;)

You guys might want to check out MyFamily.com. They provide secure sites, accessable to only those you invite. It'll cost you a little (or a bit more for a site without ads) but it might be worth it to be able to share your gripes without the fear of 'prying eyes'!

actually, that's exactly why I designed the supersecret seciton of this website. All the usual readers here have an account setup, so just request your password to login. I hadn't mentioned it before because I wanted to use it mostly for wishlist stuff before xmas, and now I've fixed it so everyone can post.
